Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes following a motor vehicle accident. Duties include wound care, medication management, vitals monitoring, skilled assessments, and coordination with the treatment team.
Requirements:
Support skilled nursing visits in the home setting. Assist with patient assessments, wound care, medication administration under RN supervision, and ongoing monitoring of MVA patients during their recovery.
Requirements:
Evaluate and treat MVA patients to restore functional independence in daily living activities. Develop individualized treatment plans, provide adaptive equipment recommendations, and document progress for No-Fault compliance.
Requirements:
Evaluate and treat musculoskeletal and neurological injuries sustained in motor vehicle accidents. Develop and implement individualized home exercise programs, therapeutic exercises, and gait training to restore mobility and function.
Requirements:
Assist MVA patients with personal care, daily living activities, and household tasks as part of a coordinated home health plan. Work alongside RNs and therapists to support patients in their recovery at home.
